Nice pair of tall black boots. Biker, hippie, fringes

Nice pair of tall black boots from Kohl’s. fringes. heel is 1.5” , shaft is about 14” and calf circumference is about 13” and it has gussets for extra room. will probably add another inch. I bought these on Posh and only wore them once. they are in the same good condition as when i received them.
