You look tiny in the other items you have listed. Can I ask what size you are normally? I’m super busty and kind of wide thru the shoulder. I was hoping this would work but I’m thinking not..

@turquoisetulip Hi! Normally I am a small or med, but i got this in a large because the measurements on the small seemed too tight and i couldn't find a medium. It was advertised as a short jacket with 3/4 sleeves but fits me like a normal jacket. Honestly the shoulders feel very bulky on me. Laying flat, pit to pit is 17" and top of collar to bottom is 23". Hope this helps thanks for looking!
