Love this red strapless Nicole Bakti Peplum Dress. Such a flattering dress. Has been worn once and shortened to fit someone who is 5’ tall and wears low heals. In good condition. Also comes with optional gold metallic belt the clasp just clasps/hooks on to chain it does not lock closed (I did not use the belt)

saraj107 @cmedina04 Hi, I can send measurements shortly hope that will help. If 54 inches it should fit or may possibly need to be shortened some more but if 5 feet 4 inches it may be too short.
