Vintage and gorgeous! This red and black silk short sleeve dress by Nicole Farhi is a beautiful way to mix up your work outfit with a jacket or wear as a stand alone vintage piece. The collared neckline provides adequate coverage for all bust sizes and the pleated panels in the front and back of the dress make the skirt seem more full when it hits just above the knee (on someone of avg height).
