Nicole Miller Blue Silk Dress

Blue with gold and silver floral pattern. Gather empire strapless toppers. 14.5-15" across bodice. Picked up at a nyc thrift shop, the bottom hem has been opened up it looks like. A little fraying, but stopped by an elastic. I think the bottom at one time was gathered. Either way it seems fine as is, but would be easy to hem/fix. Very, very good condition. Zip back with hook and eye closure. Real silk!
