This is a beautiful Nicole Miller Collection dress in size 0 from the early 2000s. It has a gorgeous neckline that rides up the neck and dips down to a V at the bust. There is a tiny cap sleeve that really works with the bodice. Under the bust the dress is shirred all the way down with an olive strip of velvet with gold bronze geometric patterning. A hidden zip Zips up the back. Worn only a few times. A little pulling at the seam under the bodice reflects in the price. Hits above the knee.
