Nicole Miller Collection mermaid scrunchy gown

Never worn, excellent condition, mermaid scrunchy dress with train, kimono overlay silk top, stretchy mesh tank and lining interior. Size 2, but when I purchased I was a size 6, so this fabric can go up/down in size. I loved this dress just never had event to wear it, it is so very sexy on! I live in a smoke free, cat free home, my items are well cared for/I’m OCD on storage/care of all my items. This dress has never been dry cleaned, but I did cut tag off.
