Beautiful Nicole Miller Collections cocktail dress. I wore this to one sorority formal party. It is completely lined. Strapless- sweetheart type - the top has a rubbery type line across the top on the inside to keep it from slipping down. The back is beautiful!! I got so many compliments. You tie it in a large bow and still get to see a portion of your back. Beautiful shiny fabric.
