Nicole Miller, Floral Midi Dress, Size 6/ fits like 2-4

Such a fun unique pattern. Tag says 6 but fits a bit smaller like a 4, halter top adjustable. Chest is is around 32-34 could fit a C cup or smaller. Small defect on bottom, barely can see, see pics. Love this dress so much!! So timeless.
