Slightly puff sleeve to elbow. Missing tag but info is accurate. Silk fabric has some stretch. I sew and this fabric is now $100 a yd. Because of price, you don’t see designers using it anymore, but Nicole Miller did. Bust:33.5”, asymmetrical hem, 29.5” and 41.5.”
