Nicole Miller strapless cocktail dress—light blue lace dress over light brown slip includes sash that ties around the waist in the back. It is a sophisticated, elegant design with a cinched waist and interior bodice ribbing. It does need part of an eyelet hook but stays in place without due to “sticky” lining.
