Another one out of storage! I wore this once for my cousin’s wedding back in the early 2000’s. Off the shoulder, or you can wear it normal, it has that stretch to it, but it’s not too much. Flowy at the top and then pinches at the waist band into a fitted mini skirt. Very vibrant, deep colors. Perfect for a wedding or a daytime event in spring or summer!
