@supermomjjp i’m gonna put up a few more pics, the bottom is a gorgeous grayish steel gray, and it looks wrinkled it’s supposed to have that puckered wrinkled look, yes I will definitely say a true four, it does have stretch, I was a size 6 when I wore it, it fit just right I would say a size two to a size six could wear it

@supermomjjp Also for purposes of length, I am 5’4 curvy, I wore a four inch heal with it and it just touched the top of my toes

@musclemom just posted two pictures for the lower half, I did not have heels on, but you should be able to get the general idea, I am 5’4 and when I wore it, I had a 4 inch heel on and the hem was about an inch off the ground
