Nicole Miller draped high neck shift dress size Sm

In perfect condition! Used but no flaws Size small (runs big imo) I bought this hoping it would fit me but it’s way too large on me. (Im about 5’2”, 120 lbs petite frame for reference). Perfect dress for the fall or winter. Could also be used as a maternity dress because it’s so big and flowy.
