Nicole Miller dressy evening party cocktail dress , marked by designer as size 10, but runs small it’s more like size 8, fabric is very stretchy and fits perfectly, looks sexy Please see my measurements: Bust- 18 laying flat , so it would be good for 36 Waist stretch to 31-32 Length- 35” ( short dress) I wore it only once for an event.
