💙 Nicole Miller royal blue ruched ball gown with train

Reposhing this item I purchased from @canook72. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I love this dress so much! It's a brilliant cobalt blue. It has a structured bodice to hold everything up. There's a small stain on the back (pictured) which was there when I got it. I wore it once and you can't see the stain when wearing. It's in excellent used condition. There's a small train. It's ruched on the sides, gathered at the bum kind of like a bustle, and super flattering. Reposhing because it no longer fits. Questions?
