Nicole Miller textured mini dress

Nicole Miller mini dress or tunic. Looks great over leggings. Tank style, body con but kind of shift dress silhouette, hard to explain. Tight and fitted with a little stretch, the circles are sewn on individually, and make this dress extra flattering. Forgiving on bra lines etc... because of the texture. It is an XS or a S.
