Nicole brown skirt with elastic waist & flowers

This Nicole skirt is beautiful. It is a tan-brown shade that is sheer with a slip under layer. The waist is elastic for a comfortable fit and has a crochet look. The bottom hem is lace and there is a beautiful floral pattern on the bottom half of the skirt.
