This listing is for a brand new, without tags, Nicole Miller shirt. It is flowey with lots of forgiving room for bulges. It measures 21" from armpit to armpit and 25" from collar to bottom. The fabric is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The front buttons are covered in the same fabric as the blouse, but they are snaps, not buttons. It does have side pockets. This is brand new without tags.
