Nicole miller Artelier white cutout dress front & back. new with tags

This dress is new with tags it is a lil stretchy runs small. Will fit a size 10 I promise. I will not sell this dress a 50% off because I paid Reatha Cell for it and I never wore it because it’s too tight in the shoulders. this dress is a size 12, but it fits like a size 10 it is mint to fit snug.
