Nicoletta Carlone Womens Black Velvet Spider Web Flats Size 38 (Size 6)

Black velvet pinup spider flats (new and unworn with the box ) size 6. Even though they’re sized 38 on the label, they run SMALL. I am a 7 and these were way too small (I wanted them so bad, I ended up ordering them again in the right size). I wasn’t able to return them since the brand is a small business. I’d say these are more like a 6. See pictures for measurements - not they are snug and stiff! Include ribbons that wrap around the ankle. Amazing design.
