This skirt is giving me NYC vibes. You can be comfortable and cute. Pair with heels or sneakers. Has an elastic waistband with a drawstring that features panda charms. The sides hang longer than the skirt, you can leave them long or tie them up. Pretty rare skirt by designer Nicola Formichetti. Measurements shown are 13" waist laid flat, 39" long skirt and the side fabric is 50" long. Excellent condition. No fabric piling, stains or tears. I didn't notice any flaws. Bundle to save.
