Niessing Matte Stainless Steel Abacus Tension Ring | Statement Ring Size 8

Niessing Modernist Stainless Steel Abacus Ring | Matte Finish Statement Size 8 Three spheres of steel swing back and forth in a wide ring of Niessing stainless steel. The 11.5 mm rectangular-shaped band has a fine matte texture. This modernist statement ring also came in other configurations and is a very collectible piece. Measurements:  Ring Size 8 Approx 15/16" Diam x 7/16" (11.5mm) H Condition:  Good vintage condition, although with close inspection you can see some variability in the finish. It looks like the ring was buffed with a film to create the non-reflective look, but some of that has warn away. It is possible to send it to Niessing to have them restore the finish as this is not an uncommon issue, apparently. Using a loupe, one can see some fine scratches and normal signs of wear consistent with age. Please see all photos.
