The back of the neck has a hook and eye closure to keep closed. It has sewn in shoulder pads. It zips up on the back. It has some stretch, mostly in the lace. There's a slit on the back of the skirt. It has minor wear from age, but is generally in great condition. Tagged as a size 12, fits smaller and would fit best on a modern small or medium.
