Nightmoves Peacock Prom Formal Homecoming Dress 2

Worn once. Has some makeup transfer on the sweetheart neckline inside of the dress (see pictures 13/14). Dress has been shortened as I am 5’0. The label says the dress is a 4, but I am a 2. It fits me almost perfectly, but is probably 1-2 inches too small on my hips right now and there is plenty of room in the top for someone bustier (I am only an A). My measurements: Bust: 30.5” Waist: 25” Hips: 37”
