Sexy classic and chic black Tulle dress, so flattering. It says Size 3/4 but I believe it fits size XXS or 00. Since, My Mannequin is size 2-4 and I couldn't zip it up for her! Breast is Approx 14 inches pit to pit. Waist is 12 inches across. Excellent condition. No flaws or stains. It has a lace lining.
