XS dress that would also fit if you wear a size small (the dress runs large, even after having it taken in with a middle seam down the back). Versatile dress with attached neck “scarf” that can be worn as a cowl neck or across the shoulders to create a bandeau look. Color is called Neptune which is a grayish blue/purple. Length of dress hits around the knees, as shown in picture.
