Nike Air Max Plus ‘Palm Trees Blue’

Released in April 2019, the Air Max Plus 'Palm Trees Blue’ is a rendition of designer Sean McDowell's 1998 brainchild sneaker that served as the brands first to feature Tuned Air cushioning technology. It features a graphic of palm trees running all along the upper in a shadowy blue, complimented by the wavy metallic-silver plastic overlays, adding a swaying effect to the palm trees. The upper sits on a white midsole with Air Max cushioning with red, yellow, and orange Air pouch, paying homage to the famous ‘Sunset’ colorway that helped launch the now classic Air Max Plus during its 1998 origins.
