Great Nike shoe designed for circuit training, HIIT and other fast-paced exercise. Layers of support team up with Zoom Air cushioning to keep your foot locked in and comfortable as you lunge, jump and push your way through every rep. -worn for only a handful of indoor workouts and fit great, I am personally just looking for a flatter shoe with less height -White/Flash Crimson/Glacier Ice color style -Nike recommended sizing up, I am usually a 10 or 10.5 and the 10.5 fits nicely
