The Nike Air Zoom Tempo Next% Flyknit is a lightweight running shoe designed for training fast and racing even faster. The Nike Air Zoom Tempo Next% Flyknit features a breathable upper composed of white Flyknit underlaid with a midfoot cage for support. Asymmetrical lacing, a stretchy tongue, and elastic mesh over the arch provide a snug, secure fit. An oversized Nike Swoosh on the outer side panel is outlined in blue and matches the inside Swoosh and heel pull tab. Finally, this upper is enhanced with a rigid tonal heel counter with moderate padding to keep your heel locked down at speed. The combination of React foam in the heel with ZoomX foam, Zoom Air units, and a composite plate in the forefoot contributes to a propulsive stride.
