These shorts are comfortable to run in and sit down in! They are good for working out or wearing on a normal day basis. The only defect is that the waist band is stretching. You can look at the photos to see what it looks like. It is not that noticeable. The waist band does not effect the wear of the shorts. Ask any questions prior to purchasing, no returns accepted.
