Nike Golf Women's Waterproof Pullover Jacket

This was bought and given to me as a gift and I never wore it. It still has tags on it and in brand new condition. It is XS but fits a little big. It is more of a size S. Army green color and is described as stretch windwear, since it is like a windbreaker. Is it waterproof and has breathability.
