@nicholaevans For auctions I cannot do that, only seller. It says as the seller you can do the following once auction is over:
Click on your Account Tab (@username).
Select My Sales.
Select the order.
Select Problems/Order Inquiry.
Select Cancel Order.
Select the reason for cancellation to complete your request.

@misodiva here is what to do if you evidently bid on an item:
To cancel an accidental purchase:
In the app, select the Account Tab (@username), or on the web, select your profile picture at the top-right of the page.
Select My Purchases.
Select the order.
Select Problems/Order Inquiry.
Select Accidental Purchase.
Select Yes, cancel.

Purchases for one of my purchases and it does give you an option to follow the prompts and cancel so you should have the same options.
