hope do these run? are they super comfy to walk in long distance?

@deanna143143 these shoes are for any kind of workout, because its a CrossFit shoes. But I would not recommend for a long walk. It’s comfortable, but I would choose a running shoes for example if I were going for a park or so.

@deanna143143 the blue Nano that I also have posted is one I would recommend for a long distance walk. It’s also a workout shoes, but is softer than the Metcon.
