Why are they listed as new with tag?

@juls1415 thank you for telling me! I wasn't aware it said that. No they are not new with tags. the only flaw is the small tear on the side of one shoe. where it looks dark on the toes is actually a protective covering from the manufacturer. the rubber sides on the bottom half of the shoe are a grey color, they were not originally white.
