Nike Tech skirt

Worn once. Tighten waist with draw string. Zipper detail in back but it doesn’t unzip. There is a small stain pictured. Will clean if bought. Update: I’ve had it dry cleaned and they lifted the stain but couldn’t remove it completely. I’m open to suggestions if anyone knows how to remove stubborn stains. Also open to offers due to damage.
