Nike high tops custom painted size 5y (7 womens)

I bought these a few months ago I've worn them twice. I paid a lot for them and don't wear them enough would rather get a different pair that I would wear more. They are nike high tops and they are custom painted. The are a size 5y which is equivalent to a 7 in women's sizes.
