stylishpetites @michellelopez70 hi Michelle, I’m also very confused at why this shipment is still here in VA when I sent it out on Saturday after sending you a message. I’m going to see if I can find out what’s going on but I assure you that from my end I sent this out on Saturday. I’m really sorry that this is happening since it’s never happened before when I send out any packages.

stylishpetites @michellelopez70 I had gotten a call from the post office in Newcastle and they told me for some reason it keeps looping back around to Virginia. From what they saw, there is nothing wrong with the package so I’m not sure why it keeps going back and forth because this is extremely frustrating. I’m going to give them another call today to see what the status of the package is. I’m really sorry about this! I wasn’t expecting this from the USPS to have such a big mess up with one little package.

michellelopez70 Yeah, that's weird. Where is it at now? I just went by my post office today and they didn't mention anything about the package from you. It's s a very small post office and they all know me pretty well there since I buy so much off of Poshmark

stylishpetites @michellelopez70 it says it’s being processed back at the post office that I sent it out from. I spoke to Kim from the New Castle post office and she said she would keep an eye on it. If it’s still at this post office tomorrow I’ll pick it up and take it to another post office since they clearly have messed something up. If you need the tracking number for it let me know and I can provide that for you.

stylishpetites @michellelopez70 I called usps and they said it’s back at the post office. The higher ups looked into it and they said who ever scanned it left a mark on the barcode so I have to reprint another one and give it to the post office tomorrow.

stylishpetites @michellelopez70 hi Michelle, just went to the post office to pick up your package and express ship it but unfortunately it has gone out already and they can’t track it. The department of consumer affairs told me that there was an issue with the barcode and it hasn’t been able to scan properly. I requested for the package to be sent back so I can express ship it but that will probably take a week.

If you still would like the pants I’ll let you know as soon as I receive it and I’d be happy to express ship it. I’m really sorry this is happening but I’ve tried everything and the only thing I could do was open a case for this issue so it can be resolved. I appreciate your patience in this situation.

stylishpetites @michellelopez70 hi Michelle, I had gotten a call from USPS to let me know that the package is going to be delivered but when I tracked it to make sure it says it’s ready to be picked up at the post office. I wasn’t sure if you got this notification as well but I just wanted to let you know that it’s finally there!
