Niki Livas long blue evening gown

Gorgeous dark royal/navy color with glittery detail. Fabric has stretch, is a luxurious velvety/velour feel. Understated and classy but very romantic, mysterious and sexy. Size 4, though please see pics for measurements. I believe this ran small because it fit a size 0 or 2 person. Made in USA. Overall length about 49.25" Perfect for many occasions... evening, formal, ball, prom, wedding, etc.
