@researchjunky good morning. I am not sure what the material is. I looked inside the boot and there is no indication, only the tag that says Nina New York. Along the side zipper it says Made in Vietnam PY UK. I can add some pictures to try to give you a better idea if you’d like. The upper portion around the legs is soft and thin almost material like. Not stuff like leather. I hope this helps. Let me know if you want more pics added.
