New without tags. Found a size that works better for me. Meant to be a lose fit but can be worn fitted as well. Please see size chart for measurements. Absolutely amazing dress and so flattering. Beautiful flowy fabric. Similar to Spell & the Gypsy but much better quality in my opinion. This print and these colors are EVERYTHING.
