Nine West Black Strappy Block Heel

The block heels have a slight flare to them and are 3 inches high. The straps are designed to appear puffy rather than flat. The vegan leather appears alligator-textured. The strap wraps slightly around the ankle where it buckles. They’ve never been worn— they just didn’t fit right for me, a bit big— but they do have residue from the discount sticker on the sole heel (pictured).
