Nine West Eyelet Lace 6 Tier Flare Skirt  White - 100% Cotton - Lined  Size : 6 Actual Measurements: waist / low rise : 15"/ 30" across hip - about 9" below waist : 21" / 42" length : 29.5" Condition : great clean conditions, worn only once or twice. There are a few tiny light yellow/brownish dots at the lower corner side of the skirt near the side seam as shown in many photos. These are tiny and nearly invisible unless look for them very closely. They are not from usage, but seem to be originally on the item from inventory. Clean inside. No other flaws noted.
