Nine West Ganiston Heel perfect for Dîner en Blanc

I bought these shoes for Diner En Blanc and never wore them! I wore comfy shoes to get to the venue and never switched out of them. Now I have no need for white heels! These have a blingy strap on the toe and an adjustable strap on the ankle. The strap is leather and does not stretch. I have tiny ankles so it was very loose.
