Nine West Lightweight Red Peplum Blouse

Red peplum blouse made of an almost gauzy material. Sleeves and neckline are elastic, so it can be worn on or off the shoulder. Waist also has elastic to create the peplum effect. EUC - only worn once. My phone's white balance is all over the place, but the close up images are most accurate color-wise. I'm happy to provide more pictures and measurements on request!
