Nine West Novitao Pumps

Rarely used-once I believe. I cannot walk in these shoes because even though it says size 7 on it, I believe its a 7 1/2 or maybe size 8. I attempted to put a pad inside the shoe to no avail. They are comfortable but too big on me.
