Nine West Plum Dress

This is a Nine West Plum Colored double layer dress. The top layer has sequins and other sparkly items like over the dress. The middle of the dress is accented with an elastic used waist band. You may want to dress it up with a scarf, belt, etc. The neck line is attached right. Behind the neck with a button sewn loop.
