Nine West Tall black boots with double buckle detail

These flat boots by Nine West have very little wear on them. There is a tiny spot as pictured on one of the boots which enables a good discount. They are like new otherwise. They’re not leather- they are man made. They zip up the sides. The shaft open g is about 5 1/2”. They are 17 inches tall.
