Nine West black puffy sleeve dress

Nine West black dress with 3/4 puffy sleeves and shift style body. Large button detail at front with scoop neck. Material is stretchy and feels like ponte leggings. From shoulder to bottom hem is 33 1/2". Sleeve pulled straight from armpit is 11 1/2". Approximate waist across is 16". Trendy with the puffy sleeves yet also looks a bit retro. Cute, comfy and would travel well. There is a tiny snag at neckline and another in the back towards the hem as seen in photos.
