Nine West dress with tie belt

I bought this back the 1st of November 2023 and never got around to wearing it. I love the long sleeves and the tie belt. But my favorite is that bold blue and black contrast that I'd so eye catching. it's light weight and hits above the knee, I'm 5'4 104 lb with a 32c bust. it's a extra small but I've never worn Vera Wang and though it's a extra small I'd almost say a small medium larger small could easily fit it. the tags are attached with extra buttons. I would have returned it but in over a hour from the nearest store, but I did pay full price. This wasn't some clearance item.
